Who we are
The world has changed: a new power is emerging.
Organizations today face a new reality. Individuals, who have until now remained anonymous, mobilize collectively, speaking out and challenging the status quo according to the impact of companies on their lives. These are the stakeholders, a group of organized individuals who act in unison on the basis of common concerns and have the power to affect the organization’s trajectory, to the point of severely damaging its future development.
This new scenario involves new responsibilities for Corporate Government. It is necessary to introduce skills that allow the organization to manage these new risks strategically, and instead to generate favorable opportunities.
At MILIEU we have created a professional and multidisciplinary network, skilled in addressing this challenge and able to develop, together with the organization’s management teams, concrete solutions that are aligned with its particular circumstances, culture and decision-making processes.
